How do you keep your weight constant? I have tried weight watchers every diet ever devised . From the time I had my children I have gone from 8 stone 3lb to !!!!! I have just started a 20 Minute Polites work out which makes me feel better but does nothing for my weight. :?

I've tried lots of weight loss methods and found that excercise really didn't help me. Portion control is my main way to loose weight. Everyone is different and different things will work for different ppl. Water is great for weight loss too. Lots of it to flush through the system.
